Got some new stuff to pass along today.  We started up a fire in the pizza oven today just to make sure all the ventilation works right. Bill has been working on some new recipes for the oven too.  I had some Sicilian the other night and it was great. I wish I could share it with you but we have yet to have smell-o-computers. LOL

We are going to be having a soft opening for Monday nights pizza service coming soon. I will be posting on this later. It will only be for anyone that has signed up on our email list. In other news I have been stocking up on some great bourbons and I have two more to let you know about. The first is a Colonel E.H. Taylor Straight Rye and the other is a Yellowstone Select, a straight bourbon whiskey. This will be added onto the upcoming Bourbon flights that are on hand soon. Cinco de Mayo will be here next week and we have this menu for you to check out.

Mothers day is coming and we are getting full with reservation so don’t wait till the last minute to get signed up. we will have the regular brunch menu along with these specials for mom( or you). click here to see them.

Lastly Supper Club is coming and we will have that menu up soon. I can tell you we will have Tomahawk Pork Chop, Duck Ragu and Pasta and Sword Fish with Spring Risotto.
