Well today is the day of Supper Club. We have got some great food. These are just two First Course Starters we have tonight. I have had both and they are wonderful. I will be eating more tonight. What else is going on this month? Double talk is back on the 24th, supper club is the 18th, light brunch at Profile coffee and Roasters (gourmet toast and specialty mimosas in Elysburg on March 25th)
Just when we thought spring was here Mother nature decides to show us who the boss is. Well lets fight back and show her she can not contain us. Tonight we will be having a flight special to continue our introductions into the world of flying. Mention you saw this post and this weekend you can get a flight of 5 for the price of 4. That’s right get a extra flight selection today thru Sunday for the price of a regular flight of 4. Lets all keep this a secret and use the special password. ( mother nature stinks today). LOL
Also this week we received our tickets for the March 18 Supper Club. This is our introduction to Col-Montour Restaurant week. With will have a three course meal for 35 dollars. This will include awesome food made by our Executive chef Bill and Jordon. We will have food like Seared Scallops, Smoked Corn Puree and Micro Greens as a first course selection. On second course is Short Ribs and Tuna selections. Then for third course will be a few different selections but my favorite will be the Red Wine Ganache Chocolate Cake. I will be posting the full Menu for Supper Club later today. Our Friends Over at Shade Mountain Winery will be doing a pairing for us so look for some great wines to go with your great meal. Look under the events page or menus page for links to it.
On the last note did you know we sell retail wine by the bottle. We offer Shade Mountain Wines and Dalvino Wines for our local selections. We then selected to have some Imported wines not available at our state liquor stores. These include wines from South Africa, Italy and South America. If you have not had a chance to try them yet we do sell some by the glass at our restaurant. Did you know you can come in and hang out in our cocktail lounge. This is our newest space and we will be updating it as we move forward. You can get a bottle of wine off the shelf and enjoy it with friends or your partner.
